Stronger than 84% of lifters for selected age and weight. An advanced weightlifter has normally practiced the movement for at least five years.
Elite (0 Kg)
Stronger than 95% of lifters for selected age and weight. An elite weightlifter has normally practiced the movement over five years, to compete in strength-based sports.
