To track a workout, tap the '+' button on the home screen and select 'New Workout'. You can then choose a workout template or create a custom workout by adding exercises, sets, and reps as you go.
Yes! Go to the 'Routines' tab and tap 'Create Routine'. You can add exercises, set target reps and sets, and save the routine for future use. Your custom routines will appear in the workout selection screen.

Yes, you can import data from other fitness apps. Go to Settings and press Import Data, or alternatively use our web app for a more streamlined import experience.

Yes, most features work offline. Your data will sync with our servers when you reconnect to the internet.
Go to Settings > Connections and select the app you want to connect with. Follow the authentication process to establish the connection.

The refund process depends on how you subscribed:

  4. Click "Report a Problem" next to the charge
  5. Select your reason and submit the request

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu (☰) → Subscriptions
  3. Select Lyfta subscription
  4. Tap "Contact us" or visit Google Play Help
  5. Request a refund through the form
