Pick an exercise, enter your one-rep max, age, bodyweight, and gender. Lyfta compares that lift with strength standards for lifters at a similar age and bodyweight and ranks you from beginner to elite.
Can I compare two different exercises?
Yes. The exercise comparison tool estimates how much you should lift on a second exercise based on a weight you already hit on the first. For example, it can estimate a squat from a known bench press.
